Soitec, the FD-SOI wafer manufacturer, has announced half year revenues to the end of September.

Soitec grew revenues 26% at €143 million for a profit  up 139% at €22.5 million and EBITDA up to 24.4% of sales from 16.5% in H1'17.

Net profit was  € 23.2 million versus € 3.1 million in H1'17 and € 8.4 million n FY'17.

It has cash of €99 million and a net cash position of € 31.5 million.
