Eta raises funds for spiking neural networks

Eta Compute Inc. (Westlake Village, Calif.) a company that uses self-timed, ultra-low voltage electronics, has raised $8 million in Series A financing to accelerate its development of neural network processing hardware.

The funding round was led by Walden International with additional participation from Acorn Pacific Ventures and Walden Riverwood Ventures.
