About NTLab

NTLab specializes in designing of mixed-signal and RF ASICs and Systems-on-Chip. Founded in 1989 to develop RISC processors, now it has a wide range of own silicon-verified IP blocks, processor cores, interfaces, analog and high-frequency PHYs and more, which allows making customized design fast and predictable. In-company unique combination of competences in digital, analog and RF circuits design and embedded software allows NTLab to involved into projects which demand deep research and utilize most sophisticated and advanced techniques: multi-system GPS/GLONASS/Galileo navigation, RF ID, digital TV, wireless communications, etc. All design ICs are supported with test and development tools and reference software. NTLab offers a wide range of silicon proven analog/mixed-signal design IPs in 0.35 µm, 0.25 µm, 0.18 µm, 0.13 µm, 0.09 µm, 65nm, 55nm, 40nm, 28nm CMOS and BiCMOS process. These IPs are ideally suited for implementation of devices for the consumer and telecommunication market. Most of these IPs have been silicon proven in foundry partners such as X_FAB, ATMEL, AMS, Chartered, TSMC, iHP, SMIC, VIS, GlobalFoundries, Mikron, Winfoundry.
