I am returning home (via a 28hr stopover in Munich) from a pleasant few days at IP-ESC 2009 in Grenoble having visited with customers, partners, and other industry participants, as well as delivering the kick-off keynote presentation that caught just a little positive press. The talk was entitled “The 21st Century Business Model Adventure” and largely consisted of the pragmatic top-10 things I have learned over the last 10 years. Now that I won’t spoil the plot, I thought I would share a few items for those who were not able to attend this year.
