Just like government elections, lots of FUD fills the media until Election Day. All with the purpose to convince people to vote a particular way. Once the (proxy) votes are counted, both sides shake hands and agree to work together. Just as shocking as last November’s elections, Carl Icahn overthrew 3 of the most tenured Mentor BoD members. Once announced, both sides shook hands and agreed to work with each other but shareholders continue to fear, be uncertain, and doubt while only time will tell if shareholder value will improve.
