www.eenewsanalog.com, May. 06, 2025 –
Anne replaces Barry Patterson who joined EDA company Cadence Design Systems as a project manager in December 2024.
Anne began his semiconductor career at Digital Equipment Corp. in the 1990s – working on the StrongARM processor – before holding a series of management positions at Broadcom, MIPS, AMD and Rambus. More recently Anne was CEO of Secure Thingz Inc. prior to its acquisition by IAR Systems in 2018. In 2023 Anne co-founded secure processor developer SCI Semiconductor Ltd. (Cambridge, England), where he serves on the board of directors.
Agile Analog specializes in the automated generation of customizable analog IP that is manufacturing process agnostic.
Anne told eeNews Europe that he took up the CEO position at Agile Analog early in 2025 with a charter of driving revenue growth. He added that his background experience in silicon design, IP licensing, industry contacts and building a startup all the way to exit, match what Agile needs at this time.
