April 20, 2026 -
BOS Semiconductors, a fabless company specializing in Physical AI and automotive AI SOCs, announced that it will participate in Auto China 2026 (Beijing International Automotive Exhibition), China’s largest motor show, opening on April 24.
The event will be held at the China International Exhibition Center and the Capital International Exhibition Center in Beijing. With expanded exhibition space, the show will cover approximately 380,000 square meters - equivalent to around 50 football fields - making it the largest edition to date. Compared to the 2024 event, the exhibition area has increased by the size of approximately 20 football fields, bringing together leading global automakers and technology companies.
At the exhibition, BOS Semiconductors will highlight its technological competitiveness in extending automotive AI semiconductors beyond traditional applications into broader Physical AI domains, including robotics. As vehicles evolve into systems capable of real-time perception, decision-making, and control, the high-performance, low-latency computing architectures developed for automotive applications are becoming essential across various Physical AI systems.
Building on this, BOS Semiconductors will present a range of AI model demonstrations, showcasing its capabilities and implementation expertise that can be extended beyond vehicles to the broader Physical AI ecosystem.
In particular, the company will unveil demonstrations based on its high-performance AI accelerator, “Eagle-N”. These demos are implemented across heterogeneous system environments, connected to both x86- and ARM-based platforms, demonstrating flexible AI computing architectures and high compatibility across diverse system configurations.
“China is one of the fastest-growing markets in autonomous driving and Physical AI,” said Jason Chae, Executive Vice President and Head of Strategic Marketing at BOS Semiconductors. “Through our participation in Auto China, we aim to expand our engagement with global customers and strengthen our market presence through technology-driven partnerships.”
